("COMPANY") and WorldPantry.com® ("World Pantry") (collectively, "we" or "us") collect, use, and disclose information about you collected in connection with the think! website, www.thinkproducts.com, (the "Website"), including information collected on the Website or through telephone, email or other methods to support the Website.

think! and World Pantry are independent controllers of personal information collected in connection with the Website. You have the right to request the deletion of your personal information collected or maintained by us ("Request to Delete"), subject to certain exceptions permitted by law.

You have the right to request that we rectify inaccurate information about you.

RIGHT TO OPT-OUT OF SALE OR SHARING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

You have the right to opt-out of the sale or sharing of your Personal Information. As explained in Annex 1 of this Policy, we share your data with third parties such as social networking sites and advertising companies, in order to serve you with ads tailored to your preferences across various platforms. We will process your Request to Opt-Out of sale within 15 days.

RIGHT TO ACCESS INFORMATION ABOUT AUTOMATED DECISION MAKING AND THE RIGHT TO OPT-OUT OF AUTOMATED DECISION MAKING

You can request access to information about automated decision making processes we use and you may request to opt out of automated decision making. We do not engage in decision making methods that rely solely on automated processing.

HOW TO MAKE A RIGHTS REQUEST

We will acknowledge your Request within 10 days and will attempt to respond substantively within 45-90 days. We will act on Requests to opt-out of sale or sharing within 15 days.

For Requests to Know, Delete, and Correct, you must provide sufficient information to allow us to verify that you are the person about whom the personal information was collected and must contain sufficient detail to allow us to properly understand, evaluate and respond to your request. If we cannot verify your identity, we will not be able to respond to your request.

Once we receive your Request, we will begin the process to verify that you are the person that is the subject of the request (the "Verification Process"). The Verification Process consists of matching identifying information provided by you with the information we have about you in our records. You will be asked to provide us with two or three pieces of information that will help us to verify your identity. We will retain correspondence, documents and information related to any Request to Know, Request to Delete, or Request to Opt-Out for 24 months as required by law.

AUTHORIZED AGENT INFORMATION

You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf under the CPRA.

Once we receive your request, we will begin the process to verify that you are the person that is the subject of the request (the "Authentication Process"). The Authentication Process consists of matching identifying information provided by you with the information we have about you in our records. Upon making a request, you should be prepared to provide us with information that will help us to authenticate your identification. If we cannot authenticate your identity, we will not be able to respond to your request.

RIGHT TO APPEAL

Residents of Colorado, Connecticut and Virgnia have the right to appeal our decision to deny any of your privacy rights requests above. Within 60 days of receipt of your appeal (45 days for Colorado residents), we will inform you in writing of any action taken or not taken in response to the appeal, including a written explanation of the reasons for the decisions.
