Ingredients

– 1 Chocolate Mousse Pie think! Keto Bar (crushed)
– 1/2 cup Almond Flour
– 1 tsp Baking Powder
– 1/2 tsp Salt
– 1/4 cup Almond Milk
– 3 oz. cream cheese, softened
– 3 Large Eggs
– 1 tsp Vanilla
 

Directions

Sift all dry ingredients into a bowl together, leaving the think! bar aside. Add wet ingredients into dry and mix until large clumps are no longer visible. Grease a hot skillet and add about 1/4 cup of batter to the pan. When large bubbles start to appear, take the crushed think! Keto Bar and sprinkle on top of the pancake before flipping. Repeat until all batter is used. Dig into your stack and Enjoy!
