Almond Mocha Mousse Shake

Makes about a 1.5 cup smoothie.  Macros per shake:  Calories: 490  Protein: 17g  Net carbs: 21g  Fat: 25g

Ingredients

– 1 think! Keto Chocolate Mousse Bar
– 2/3 cup almond milk or other non-dairy milk
– 1 large frozen banana (peeled, cut into chunks)
– ½ tsp instant coffee
– 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
– 1 tbsp all-natural almond butter
 
Optional: Coconut whipped cream, sliced almonds, dusting of cocoa powder for topping.
 

Directions

1. Break think! bar into 4-6 pieces and place in a small microwave safe bowl.
2. Microwave for one minute to one minute 30 seconds until melty. Stir in between 30 second increments.
3. Add almond milk and instant coffee, whisk until dissolved. There will be some small bits of think! bar that won’t fully dissolve.
4. Add almond milk mixture, frozen banana, almond butter and cocoa powder to blender. Blend until smooth.
5. Pour into a glass, top with desired optional toppings, and enjoy!
