thinkThin®'s Tips for Traveling Lite

Take a thinkThin Crunch bar in your carry on for a guilt-free snack that will keep you on track this holiday!
‘Tis the season for holiday cookies, pine scented living rooms and plenty of travel. If you’re visiting friends and family this winter you know what to expect — busy airports, crowded lines and all around mayhem. Fortunately, we’re here to help. From how to stay on track of your diet to squeezing in a workout or two, we’ve got you covered. Read on for tips from thinkThin®’s founder and CEO, Lizanne Falsetto.
1. Plan ahead. To reduce stress, always plan to be to the airport at least two hours early, just in case there’s a hold up at the TSA or unexpected delays.
2. Pack smarter. If you’re planning on carrying on your luggage, take a minute to check out the list of approved items so you wont be held up at the airport. View the list here.
3. Eat a healthy breakfast. Before you head out the door, take the time to make yourself a healthy protein-packed breakfast so that you’re not starving on your flight. A thinkThin® protein or crunch bar will do the trick!
4. Bring snacks. Take a few of your favorite thinkThin® high protein bars to satisfy sweet cravings and prevent you from spending extra cash at the airport. Your wallet and your waistline will thank you!
5. Stretch it out. Do a little yoga at the airport, pre- and post- flight, and you’ll feel instantly recharged. You might think we’re joking with this one, but we’re completely serious. After all, Madonna was just spotted doing a few poses in the aisle during a recent flight. A quick downward dog or seated twist will do wonders for your jet-lagged body!
