Thinkspiration: Love Your Body
Valentine’s day is about loving more than your partner – it’s about loving yourself. We all come in different shapes and sizes and it’s time that we all reclaim what it means to be beautiful. Embracing what makes us truly unique is an important part of adopting a healthy mindset about bodies and ourselves. We’re constantly reminded of the parts of our bodies we need to improve or change, but at thinkThin® we’re looking to change this and embrace a new definition of what it means to be healthy. Let’s all focus on what we love about our bodies, embrace those gorgeous curves and rock our favorite heels and sexy dress. Let’s let go of the idea of perfection and just be healthy – the body will follow your lead!
This week, we asked women what they love most about their bodies and here is one of our favorite answers:
“I love that it keeps me alive to communicate easily with my loved ones. I love my ears so that I may hear them. I love my eyes so that I can see them. I love my skin so that I may feel them. I love my heart so that I may love them. I love my brain so that I may think and dream and achieve. I love my nose so that I may smell the brownies the food that I cook for them and the flowers and such. I love my body.” – Elena Blume
