Turkey and Fruit Skewers (Gluten Free)
This is a delicious, healthy and colorful snack that is perfect for lunch or an afternoon snack for children or adults. Also a great appetizer to serve for your book club!
- Ingredients:
- ½ cup apricots (dried or fresh – halved and pitted)
- ½ cup seedless grapes
- ½ lb turkey breast in 1” cubes
- 6 skewers
- Cut crudité raw vegetables such as:
- Squash, Zucchini
- Endive
- Radish
- Carrot sticks
- Cucumber
- Cauliflower
Instructions:
- Sort ingredients
- Skewer them in order (2 sets on each skewer)
