Turkey and Fruit Skewers (Gluten Free)

This is a delicious, healthy and colorful snack that is perfect for lunch or an afternoon snack for children or adults. Also a great appetizer to serve for your book club!

  • Ingredients:
  • ½ cup apricots (dried or fresh – halved and pitted)
  • ½ cup seedless grapes
  • ½ lb turkey breast in 1” cubes
  • 6 skewers
  • Cut crudité raw vegetables such as:
  • Squash, Zucchini
  • Endive
  • Radish
  • Carrot sticks
  • Cucumber
  • Cauliflower

Instructions:

  1. Sort ingredients
  2. Skewer them in order (2 sets on each skewer)
