Orange Joyous Smoothie

Smoothies are loved by all and for all times of day. Try different ingredients and make your own signature combo. Fruit smoothies contain natural sugar, if you are on a restricted diet, your doctor will advise on sugar intake of any kind. We also provide an option of a spoonful of honey if that takes your fancy.

  • Ingredients:
  • 4 ice cubes
  • ½ – 1 whole banana
  • 1 – 1 ½ cups fresh orange juice
  • 4-6 strawberries
  • Optional:
  • Honey to taste.
  • Put ice cubes in blender first.
  • Put all other ingredients into the blender
  • Blend on high until completely smooth
  • Pour into a tall glass and enjoy
