Marinated Olives and Toasted Almonds
- Ingredients:
- 2 Cups olives
- 2 cloves garlic finely chopped
- Salt and pepper
- 1 Tsp chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 lemon
- Olive oil to taste
Instructions:
- Put the olives into a bowl
- Add chopped garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sprinkle in chopped rosemary
- Squeeze juice of lemon and grate zest on top
- Pour oil generously over the top
- Mix everything and serve
