Marinated Olives and Toasted Almonds

  • Ingredients:
  • 2 Cups olives
  • 2 cloves garlic finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 Tsp chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 lemon
  • Olive oil to taste

Instructions:

  1. Put the olives into a bowl
  2. Add chopped garlic
  3. Salt and pepper to taste
  4. Sprinkle in chopped rosemary
  5. Squeeze juice of lemon and grate zest on top
  6. Pour oil generously over the top
  7. Mix everything and serve
