Gluten Free Pizza

With the availability of good gluten free pizza doughs, those on a gluten free diet or lifestyle can enjoy a slice of life at it’s best.

  • Ingredients:
  • Gluten Free Pizza Crust
  • ¾ Cup of gluten free tomato sauce (or fresh homemade marinara)
  • Fresh Basil roughly chopped
  • Tsp. Fresh Rosemary
  • Crushed garlic (to taste)
  • Rock salt (to taste)
  • Pepperoni slices
  • ½ Cup of Mozzerella Cheese

Instructions:

  1. Roll, pull or toss pizza dough in shape (a lot depends on individual talent)
  2. Spoon and spread tomato sauce
  3. Place pepperoni slices all over the pizza
  4. Sprinkle herbs, cheese and seasonings
  5. Bake in a preheated 450º oven. 10-12 minutes
