Chocolate Caramel Gluten Free Pretzels
Makes a great snack or a lovely homemade gift. Looks beautiful in a decorated box or jar.
- Ingredients:
- 2 cups of Gluten Free pretzels
- 1/3 Cup melted chocolate
- 6 caramels (about 2 oz)
- 1 cup pecans
Instructions:
- Put pretzels in a baking tray or dish
- Drizzle melted chocolate over the top
- Roughly chop caramels into small pieces and sprinkle over the pretzels
- Bake at 200º for 15 – 20 minutes
- Add pecan to each pretzel
