Protein Packed Perfection: Easy Solutions for Summer

Sometimes, people see healthy eating and weight loss as “all or nothing” propositions. In other words, they feel that in order to lose weight, they need to eat the perfect foods, in the perfect portions, all the time. And this is exactly why so many people fail. Losing weight is a process, and habits don’t change overnight. It’s been said before, and bears repeating: Every positive change you make is a step in the right direction.
Here are a few tips that I use during the summer bikini months:
- Every Sunday I prepare protein rich snacks for the family that are easy and portable. Boil a dozen eggs, let them cool, remove the yokes, place them in the fridge and pop them in your month when you feel the need.
- A favorite quick recipe of mine is to place six chicken breasts in the oven with salt and pepper, let them cool and then store them in the fridge to grab on the go.
- I also love to wear perfume to boost my mood. It makes you feel sexy, smile and hold your head up high. Mom was right!
