2 tablespoons Dark Chocolate Chips
¼ tsp Baking Powder
2 tablespoons Oat Flour
1 packet thinkThin Original Sprouted Grains Oatmeal
1 tablespoon Almond Milk (unsweetened)
Mash the avocado in a bowl
Add the chocolate chips and baking powder and mix
Add the Oat Flour and thinkThin Original Sprouted Grain Oatmeal, Almond Milk and mix well
Spoon out onto a greased cookie sheet with a 1” melon baller or cookie scoop
Bake at 350F for 12 minutes
Makes 9 cookie bites. Enjoy!
