Living Wellness: Beauty from Within

Get out! And take us with you!

Some will say that the secret to beauty lies within. This may be about emotion or intention, but we would also say that it has a lot to do with what we choose to put into our bodies.

Through years of travels and personal research into nutrition and the benefits of natural plants and minerals, our founder Lizanne Falsetto has discovered several of nature’s gifts that she finds particularly wonderful.

“I am excited to share tips and elements that I have found to be beneficial to me. It is important that each of us takes responsibility for what we put in our bodies and I encourage you to research for yourselves and talk to a professional if you have questions. This is what I have found… ”

Tahitian Noni Juice

Grown and prepared in the tropical fruit south islands of Tahiti, Noni juice provides a natural health therapy and nutritional supplement that is extremely good for the skin. This Tahitian fruit aids women with weight management and is known to relieve some of the symptoms of menopause. It enhances overall wellbeing and vitality.

Contains: 10 essential vitamins, 7 dietary minerals, Phytonutrients, Selenium and plant acids.

I have been doing “NJ” for years. I feel that it promotes good mental energy, and helps better absorption of nutrients for the vitality of body and skin. I recommend 2 shots a day (one morning and afternoon). And I also recommend careful research into buying Tahitian grown Noni Juice. Refrigerate after opening.

Goats Colostrum

Colostrum is nature’s original and foremost dietary supplement. Sometimes known as “Mother’s Milk” it is produced by all mammals for the newborn. It contains all the nutrients that the newborn require for health, strength and vitality.  It awakens, stimulates, maintains, and balances all bio-systems, protects against infection, stops bleeding, regenerates damaged and aged body cells and tissues, and more. I see a significant difference in my stamina and strength when I take Goat’s Colostrum.

Wheatgrass

Wheatgrass is the young farm grown wheat plant harvested when the plant is at its nutritional peak. Only 26% of US adults consume the recommended daily amount of veggies. Wheatgrass helps to boost the green food needed to increase energy levels, help digestive issues and detox. I have experienced the magical wonders of wheatgrass through many cycles of my life. Wheatgrass must be taken fresh. It should be taken on an empty stomach, 30 minutes before eating.

Aloe Vera

The highest quality aloe is found in the inner layer of the leaves of the aloe plant. Aloe gel is a natural treatment for burns, wounds and minor skin infections. For centuries Aloe Vera has been used for multiple healing purposes throughout the world. In juice form, it can be added to smoothies helping to detox the body and alieve digestive issues.

Papaya

Papaya doesn’t always get the credit it deserves. In the tropics, where the Papaya is grown, it is referred to as the “medicine tree”. Papayas are filled with nutrients, also with papain that is a powerful protein-digesting enzyme that homeopathic practitioners believe helps heartburn, stomach distress and helps to fight many major illnesses.

Ingested or used topically, papayas are great for the skin. What I do with papaya is I cut it in half, put seeds and fruit in blender with the juice of ½ a lemon, blend and put in bowl in freezer to chill quickly – this makes a great facemask; my daughter and I love it! … let it sit for 30 min and wipe off a warm washcloth. Gorgeous you!
